Karen Oakes is the founder of IntraPsyche, bringing nearly two decades of experience across leadership development, leadership training, executive coaching, team coaching and psychotherapy.
Her background in counselling and psychotherapy, combined with an ILM Level 7 in Executive Coaching, enables her to support leaders and organisations at both a psychological and operational level.
Karen works with senior leaders, leadership teams, and organisations to develop clarity, strengthen relationships, and improve leadership effectiveness. Her approach is both supportive and appropriately challenging, enabling meaningful and lasting change.
